For normal PDF creation simply click OK.

Advanced options include:

Embed True Type Fonts
Checking this option will embed true type fonts into the PDF to insure the text fonts in the created pdf text matches your original fonts. This will result in larger pdf file size but have more consistent appearance.
Create Form Fields
Available to work with advanced featured FastPhotoReports templates.  This is a future Enterprise subscription feature only.
Use Compression
Checked by default (recommended).  Uses image compression to reduce PDF file size.

Password Security
Allows you to set passwords for PDF access (ability to open) or Ownership (permission to edit)
Keep in mind that built in PDF security is generally considered weak.

Document Restrictions
Options to allow printing, editing, content copying / extraction and annotations editing.  This feature is useful to make it more difficult for your report contents to be copied, etc.  Again this kind of security is considered weak.

Preview in Adobe Acrobat Reader
Checking this option will automatically open up the created PDF in adobe reader immediately after creation.  This is useful for a final review before sending out reports.

Document Info
Click this button to fill out document information including authorship, keywords and other information that can be embedded in the PDF file.

Output Range
Click to include only a subset of pages in the created PDF.

Viewer Preference
Click to set the preferences for the pdf viewer when the PDF is opened.

PDF QUALITY & FILE SIZE
You can adjust the PDF quality produced by choosing on of the available settings on the Report Options toolbar. (higher quality = larger pdf file size).   There are also many great quality tools to 'crunch' pdf files even smaller with little to no loss of quality.  Many of these tools work like a printer.  Instead of clicking the PDF icon you click the PRINTER icon and then select the PDF maker from the printer list.  The specific pdf tool dialog will appear to complete the PDF creation process.  Examples of such tools are PrimoPDF, TurboPDF, Adobe Acrobat, BlueBeam and more.
