Additional Report View Features
Besides the features described in the Report View Toolbar section, there are several very useful features available on the Report View as described below:
Photo And Text Selection
If you single click on a photo or text in the Report View, it is displayed in the Image Editor and Text Editor panels on the right side of the main screen. This is very useful to quickly edit photos and comments while looking at the finished report pages. Both the Image and Text Editors have a refresh icon at the top left:
Click any of the refresh buttons to see your changes updated in the report viewer.
If you double click on a photo or text in the Report View, the full screen Editor is shown with the clicked item displayed for editing.
Custom Photo Sizing
If you right mouse click on a photo in the Report View the following pop up menu appears with functions as described:
Span Photo Across Columns
For photo sections with 2 columns selected this option will cause that particular photo to span across both columns and center. This allows you highlight some photos for effect.

Photos can be individually resized to make bigger or smaller to call attention to specific photos

You can reset a photo back to normal size by right mouse clicking, choosing Resize Photo > Normal
Replacing Photos
You can replace a photo while on the Report View by single clicking the photo to select it and then double clicking on a photo in the
Photo Work Bin. Selected photos are highlighted with a Cyan border.
Insert New
You can insert some special items into the report while on the Report View by right mouse clicking on a photo and selecting one of the options from the Insert menu as shown and described below:
Comment Block After Current Item - Add a
comment block which can then be edited.
Blank White Photo - Options to insert a
blank white photo before or after the currently selected photo. Blank white photos are useful to create deliberate spaces or custom drawings using the Photo Editor annotation tools.
Photo Placeholder - Options to insert a
photo placeholder before or after the currently selected photo.
