Report View Tab

The Report Preview tab is located at the top middle of the main FastPhotoReports screen.  The Report Preview will show a print preview of the entire report.  Below is a overview of the Report Preview Tab area:

Click to display the Report View.  When selected the Report View tab will highlight bright orange as shown.

Refresh Button

2. Refresh Button
Click this refresh button to force the report preview to be updated to reflect the very latest changes.  A refresh can take several seconds depending on the report size.

Report View Toolbar

The Report View includes a toolbar along the top that contains options for page orientation, display options, zoom options, navigation functions, search functions along with printing and pdf creation.   Please see next detail section 'Report View Toolbar' for more information

Page Thumbnail View / TOC View

Aligned on the left side of the Report View panel, these 2 tab provide options to view visual page thumbnails of all report pages or a text Table of Content view (TOC).   Click on a page thumbnail image or TOC item will display that item in the main Preview window.

Preview Window

5. Preview Window
The main Report Preview window display a wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) report view.  There are several options on the Report View Toolbar that allow you to display a single page, multiple pages, pages at text width, etc as described in detail in the 'Report View Toolbar' section.

Report View Panel Resizer

6. Report View Panel Resizer
There is a light orange vertical resizer along the right edge of the Report View panel.  You can drag this sizer to resize the Report View panel as desired.

Scroll Bar

7. Scroll Bar
There is a vertical scroll bar along the right edge to quickly scroll through the report pages.  The scroll bar is only available when a scrollable display mode has be chosen on the Report View Toolbar.
