Report Options Tool Panel

The Report Options Tool Panel is used to set report level options.  Individual content area settings are set using the Content Area Options Tool Panel.  The Report Options Tool Panel includes 3 sections: Header / Footer, Report Photo Options and Miscellaneous with descriptions following.
