This tool bar section includes several report options as described below:

PDF Quality Dropdown

1. PDF Quality Dropdown
Use this option to choose the quality and size of the file when a PDF is created for the report.  There are 4 levels of PDF quality available. 
  • BEST Quality  - choosing this option will create the highest quality and resolution in the PDF but is also the largest file size.
  • Favor Quality Over Smaller File Size -  This the default preferring quality but at a smaller file size than BEST
  • Favor Smaller File Size Over Quality - Use this option with larger reports if the pdf size seems too large
  • Smallest File Size - Use this option when you must have the smallest PDF filesize.  PDF will be of lower image quality and resolution

2. Fast Draft Preview Mode Checkbox
Checking this option with greatly reduce the time it takes to render and refresh the report.  This can be helpful with reports with a large number of photos.  BE SURE TO UNCHECK THIS OPTION BEFORE YOU PRINT OR MAKE PDF'S OR THE QUALITY WILL BE POOR.

My Company Info Options

Click this button to launch the Company Information Wizard.  The Company Information entered is what is used to automatically populate report templates with your company information.  See Company Information Wizard for more details

Print Page Numbers button

Check this option to include automatic page numbering on your report pages.

Report Data Fields button

Future Feature For Enterprise subscriptions.  You can add report field names which can then be filled in later and automatically populated everywhere they exist in the report.  Report Data Fields are great tools for report templates that repeat a lot of information throughout a report

Refresh Data in Report button

6. Refresh Data in Report button
Future Feature For Enterprise subscriptions. Click this button to force the report to refresh and update all data fields within the report with the current report field values.

Auto Number Sections button

7. Auto Number Sections button
Use this option to automatically add a hierarchy of numbering within sections.  Sections and subsections will be labeled in the Table of Contents as shown below
