Photo Section Options
1

Number Of Photo Columns Dropdown

1. Number Of Photo Columns Dropdown
The number of photo columns per report page with options of 1 column of photos or 2 columns of photos
2

Number of Photo Rows Dropdown

2. Number of Photo Rows Dropdown
The number of photo rows per report page with options of 1, 2 or 3 rows.  Note: Depending on how much text comments are added to a photo, it may 'push' the photos to the next page regardless of how many photo rows have been selected.
3

Auto Photo Sizing Checkbox

3. Auto Photo Sizing Checkbox
This option is checked by default.  When checked FastPhotoReports determines the size of the photos on the report pages (highly recommended).  Advanced users may desire to set photo heights manually by unchecking this option and then selecting a manual height with the Manual Height Dropdown (Item 4)
4

Manual Height Dropdown

4. Manual Height Dropdown
Sets the manual height in inches for the photos within the current photo section.  Only available when Auto Photo Sizing has been unchecked.
5

Label Photos Checkbox

5. Label Photos Checkbox
When the Auto Label Photos option is selected for the report then you can use this option to choose whether or not the photos are labeled in this photo section. If unchecked then this current photo section will not have its photos labeled.  An example would be to uncheck on the cover so that photo would not be included in Photo numbering
6

Span Comments Checkbox

6. Span Comments Checkbox
When checked this option will allow text comments of photos to 'spill over' into adjacent empty photo columns as show below.

The first example below is with Span Comments unchecked while the 2nd example is with Span Comments checked.

7

Add Border Checkbox

7. Add Border Checkbox
Checking this option will add border around each photo within the photo section.
8

Vertical Spacing Dropdown

8. Vertical Spacing Dropdown
Use this dropdown to increase the spacing between rows of photos.  If few comments are used, adjusting this vertical spacing can help 'center' photos on the pages.

9

Photo Alignment Dropdown

9. Photo Alignment Dropdown
The Photo Alignment Dropdown options only apply 1 column photo sections with choices of Left, Center (default), Right and Alternate.   Photos set to Left or Right will have the comments placed beside the photos while Center will have the comments appear below the photos.  Alternate will set every other photo Left and Right.

Below is an example of setting this option to Left.  You may have to refresh the preview to see the changes.
